Man and Van in River

Much of River is proper family housing, so full home removals are a regular job here. We bring a van and a team sized to the house, wrap everything and aim to do the move in one trip. On the streets that run up the valley sides we choose where the van sits so the carry stays manageable.

The roads through River are narrower than the newer estates nearby, so we work out the closest sensible stopping point in advance and keep the carry short. Away from the tighter spots, parking is generally easier than in central Dover, which tends to make for a smoother move.
